    485-Parking lock is the company's basic mass production of O-type parking lock, according to customer needs to add 485 wired control function. The product can be controlled by protocol through 485 lines, and with cameras, charging piles, centralized controllers and other devices, it is suitable for different scenarios such as charging parking space management and unattended parking lots. 12V DC power supply can achieve long-term maintenance free, greatly reducing operating costs.

    According to the requirements of the operation scenario, our company has newly developed the rocker arm made of HDPE (high density polyethylene) and the cover made of fiberglass. The anti-collision and anti-compression properties have been significantly improved.

Product Features

1) Pressure resistance: the product can withstand 3 tons of car rolling without damage in the falling state;

2) Anti-collision: the product can withstand the impact of conventional vehicles on both sides in the rising state;

3) Waterproof: the internal control part of the parking lock (motor box) and the battery, waterproof and dust-proof level is IP 67, can completely prevent dust from entering, can withstand short time immersion under normal temperature and pressure;

4) Remote control: the product is controlled by the owner's remote control, the stability control range is 0-15m;

5) Anti-theft: The installation screw of the product is located in the outer cover, and can be removed only after the user opens the outer cover with the key.

Ultrasonic recognition

   Clients can choose an ultrasonic function to detect whether a vehicle is parked above the parking lock. When the vehicle leaves or does not stop for a long time, the parking lock can automatically raise the rocker arm to prevent other vehicles from entering (raise time and whether to raise can be configured).

Fuzzy zone: The ultrasonic blind area, in this area, the identification data will be biased, and there is still a car in this area;

Car zone: The area where the distance can be judged stably and accurately, and there is a car;

Judgment zone (configurable): The parking lock has a 40mm judgment area, the upper boundary can be set (default 500mm), and objects in this range will not change the status of the parking space. For example, if the value is set to 500mm, the parking space status is a car, as long as there is an object in the range of 500, there will always be a car, the state is no car, and no object in the range of 460 is considered to be no car;

Identifiable car-free zone: refers to the maximum range that ultrasonic can be recognized, and is judged to be car-free area :(greater than 4500, ultrasonic sampling value is 0, so the object close to ultrasonic is also considered to be car-free)
